Yes. Cannabis has been legal in Canada since 2018. It goes through the mail every day. Your package is vacuum-sealed and packed in a plain box. Nothing on the label says what is inside. We do not share your order details with anyone outside shipping.

You can browse without one. You need an account to order. It holds your order history, your tracking numbers and your points balance. Signing up takes an email and a password.

No. Order a single gram if that is all you want. Orders over $100 after discounts ship free. That is the only threshold on the site.

If it has not been processed yet, you can cancel it from your panel. To change an order, place a new one with the right items. Then email us to cancel the old one, with the order number in the subject line. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed.

Email support@budbc.cc. Put your order number in the subject line. Emails with an order number get answered first, because we can look them up right away.

As soon as your payment lands, on the next dispatch. The cutoff is 9am PST Tuesday to Friday, and 8am PST on Monday. Pay before the cutoff and it usually ships the same day. Miss it and it ships first thing the next business day.

One to three business days after it ships, by Xpresspost with Canada Post. It depends on how far the package has to travel. Holidays and Canada Post delays can add time.

A flat $20 for express shipping anywhere in Canada. Orders over $100 after discounts ship free. The cart shows how close you are to free shipping before you check out.

Yes. Everything is vacuum-sealed to hold in the smell. Then it goes in a plain box with no branding, no product names, and nothing on the label about what is inside. It looks like any other parcel.

We email your tracking number as soon as your order is processed. It is also on your panel under order history.

Canada Post only starts tracking once they scan the package at the depot. Check again at the end of the business day. It will have updated by then.

If it is more than 48 hours past the expected delivery date, email support@budbc.cc with your order number. We open a trace with Canada Post and follow it through. Most late packages are late, not lost.

Postal codes that start with X, and the prefixes R0B, R8N, J0M and N0H. These areas have a much higher rate of lost, stolen and undeliverable parcels. We cannot guarantee delivery there. If you order to one of these postal codes, you accept that risk. If the package is lost or stolen, we may not be able to replace or refund it.

No. Canadian addresses only. Cannabis cannot legally cross the border in either direction.

Interac e-transfer and Bitcoin. No credit cards. Canadian banks will not process cannabis on card payments, so every shop in Canada works this way.

Join the newsletter on the home page. Your code appears on screen right away, and we email you a copy. Enter it in the code box on the cart or at checkout. It works once, on your first order. The email you use at checkout must be the one that joined the list. It expires 90 days after it is issued. Each email address gets one code. Signing up again does not give you a second one.

Log in to your online banking. Choose Interac e-transfer. Add us as a recipient, using the email address on your order confirmation. Send the exact order total, with the security answer we give you. It takes about two minutes. Most banks do not charge for it.

Allow up to an hour for it to arrive. Your order status changes to Processing on its own as soon as it does. The tracking email follows. You do not need to tell us you sent it.

Nothing ships and nothing is charged. Unpaid orders sit as pending and are cleared on their own. Placing an order costs you nothing until you send the transfer.

Yes. 5% off the order total. Bitcoin settles faster and costs us less to process, so we pass the saving on to you.

No. E-transfer and Bitcoin both settle outside the site. No card number and no bank login ever touches our server.

AAAA and AAA are the common Canadian grades for flower quality. They cover density, trim, smell and looks. AAAA is the top grade. It is a market convention, not a legal standard. It describes how the flower was picked and graded, not how strong it is. THC is listed separately on every product.

Both are concentrates. Shatter is made from dried, cured cannabis. It sets into a hard, glassy slab. Live resin is made from plants frozen right after harvest. That keeps more of the smell and taste, so it stays soft and is usually much more fragrant. Shop carries both, along with flower.

Flower comes in 7g, 14g and 28g, then a quarter pound, a half pound and a full pound. Concentrates start smaller, at 1g and 3.5g, and go up the same scale to a pound. Mix and match boxes let you fill any of those weights with more than one strain.

A box you fill yourself. Pick the weight. Then split it across as many strains as you like, instead of putting the whole amount on one. It is priced by the weight, not as separate orders.

They are traditional plant-type labels. They are not a reliable guide to effect. Indica is usually described as heavier and more physical. Sativa is described as brighter and more active. Hybrid is somewhere between. Terpenes and dose change the outcome far more than the label does. Every product lists its THC content, which is the more useful number.

Yes, at the bottom of the flower range. Shake and trim are the small pieces left over from handling whole flower. Same material, less looks, and much cheaper per gram.

We do not send e-transfers back. But we will fix the problem. If something arrived wrong, damaged or not as described, email support@budbc.cc with your order number and what happened. We will make it right with product or credit.

We use your details to fill your order and nothing else. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone beyond what shipping needs. Nothing on the outside of the package identifies you or what is inside.
